When a customer orders with PATRIA Ltd via the Internet the following data in captured.

Name/Title/Address: Ensure accurate delivery of all written correspondence to the customer. Used in all contact with a customer with regard to progress of orders and any new products or items of interest.

Phone Number: Used only when necessary for contacting customers should the need arise to verify information or discuss progress of order.

Email Address: Used for contacting customers to advise on progress of order or to advise customers of special offers, new products or subjects that may be of interest.

Payment Details: Includes cardholders name, card numbers, card start date, card expiry date and issue number (where applicable). This is used to process the card payment through our payment partner ProtX.

Recipient Details: Including name/title, address and personal message. This used to ensure accurate dispatch of order. Recipients are never contacted regarding any future promotions or product offerings.
