Terms and Conditions of Sale

"the Buyer"    means the person who places the order with the Seller for the sale of the Goods or whose order for the Goods is accepted by the Seller;

"the Seller"    means PATRIA Ltd a company registered in England under 5486811.

"conditions of sale"    means the contract for the purchase and sale of the Goods under these conditions;

"these conditions"    means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the Buyer and the Seller;

"the Delivery Date"          the date on which the Goods are to be expected to be delivered to the Buyer

"Business Day"    means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday;

"the Goods"    means the goods  which the Seller is to supply in accordance with these Conditions;

"writing"    includes any communications effected by facsimile transmission, posted letter, electronic mail or any comparable means.

Price

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.Any sale items will be identified as such.

Ordering - Contract of Sale

As soon as the order is placed, the Buyer is deemed to have agreed to, and is bound by, the terms and conditions described here.

A contract of sale is deemed to exist as soon as PATRIA (the Seller) sends an email message to the Buyer confirming that we have received the Buyers order, regardless of whether the Buyer receives the confirmation email or not.

Orders placed for items that are 'made to order' cannot be cancelled and as such these goods are non returnable or non refundable unless the item is deemed to be faulty.

As many items are handcrafted, the finish may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.   This is the nature of many of the products that we sell.

If you are unhappy with the item you may return it to us for a full refund providing it is not an item that has been made to order for you. Detail of how to return an item are given on our Returns & Refunds page.

Delivery

PATRIA will use reasonable endeavours to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delay in delivery.

We aim to dispatch items the next business day but this is not guaranteed.

Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery to the Delivery address specified when placing the order.

Additional delivery costs may be incurred for items that need to be dispatched to customers in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Scilly Islands and other offshore islands. We will notify this to you in writing at which point you are entitled to cancel the order should you wish to do so.

We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom.

Security

Ordering online at PATRIA is safe.

Transactions are completed through our online payment processor ProtX using SSL secure technology, exactly the same as you would use for online banking. Your details are therefore completely secure.
